Our Commitment to the Environment

In a time when people are realizing the importance of protecting the environment, it is important for businesses to shift into a more environmentally conscious state. Elite Printing Group, LLC has taken the initiative to affiliate ourselves with an environmentally friendly printing press who takes significant steps in their production of printed products.

Our press uses soy based inks instead of traditional petroleum-based ink. Because of its simple compound compared to petroleum-based ink, soy ink is a safe and environmentally friendly ink. It has many advantages; one is its distinguishable clearness which allows for brighter colored ink. Soy ink can also be easily removed from paper, which is essential in paper recycling as it is quicker to process the paper.

By using unique Acqueous and UV coatings even this step in our process is environmentally friendly. The coatings which consist of very low to zero traces of volatile organic compounds (VOC ) reduce harmful components that damage the atmosphere and the environment.

An essential ingredient in the print industry is paper. We utilize paper that is produced specifically for paper-making and is not produced from illegally deforested trees. Most stocks are post consumer recycled.

As the environment becomes more dependent on us, Elite Printing Group is doing their part to use the safest and least polluting materials to produce printed products. We will continue to preach the importance of environmental awareness.
