All uploaded files should be print ready. A “print ready” file is one that has been created with a minimum resolution of 300dpi, converted to CMYK and all fonts are outlined and embedded. Make sure you have a minimum of 1/8” (0.125”) bleed on all sides of your job. Please provide an additional 1/8” (0.125”) safety
zone to prevent any important text or images from getting trimmed.

PDF print ready files:

• Minimum resolution of 300 dpi
• Converted to CMYK
• All fonts outlined and embedded
• Specify trim area with crop marks (Don’t place crop marks inside the work area)
• Artwork should have 1/8” (0.125”) bleed from trim line
• Safe Area should be 1/8” (0.125”) away from trim line.

Following these guidelines will help expedite production and minimize errors.
